  Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice! I have hearing loss that falls outside of the normal patterns seen among aging clients and he made sure to show me multiple low profile hearing aid options. Given my age, I wanted to keep them as unnoticeable as possible and he helped find a good balance of portability, features, battery life and “noticeable-ness” all in one appointment. I’ve yet to see nearly any business with 100% 5 star reviews but I can’t think of any practice more deserving of such high ratings! If you’re looking for someone with great customer service and extensive knowledge, come here! One thing to note, the photo on Google is actually his father who is not involved in the practice anymore, it’s now ran by his son who clearly learned a thing or two about running a top quality practice from his father!

  Sam at OHHServices is the best! I have had to be  refitted because of my hearing issues and canal structure. He is always willing to educate me on best aid for my lifestyle etc. always going beyond the call of duty!!  Christy is always willing to get me an appointment to make it right!!!   These people have given me great service when my hearing aids needed adjustments over time. They also replaced one that I had lost, for a nominal fee, and recently had new electronics put in free with both aids when one wore out.  Clearly customer-oriented.  Thanks so much!

  What a blessing to find OHHS and the great staff! After one only fair experience and a couple of mediocre experiences in Portland at hearing centers I was hardly wearing my hearing aids. Fast forward to our move to Foster at the end of the year and the good fortune of receiving care and assistance from Sam and staff I am confidently wearing my aides daily. Sam is spectacular....patient, accommodating, kind and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. Christy could not be more welcoming and friendly. Believe me, you will not be disappointed if you become one of their patients! I will never go anywhere else.

  This business is customer focused. What ever you want in hearing products they can provide. They want the best experience for each person and provide you with many options from which to choose.   Sam Matheny, Hearing Aid Specialist, (Dan's son) helped my 88 year old mom with her hearing aids. He displayed excellent communication skills with my mom who is severely hard of hearing. He was patient and generous with his time, from the thorough, state of the art hearing test, and accurate algorithm adjustment of the aids, to getting the exact right parts for a perfect fit for challenging ear canals. It is obvious that Sam has a lot of experience with hearing aids and software. His prices and ongoing service promise cannot be beat. He even cleaned my dad's old aids for free. This guy is a gem with a great sense of humor. His dedication and services are 100 percent worth a trip from Corvallis.

  I have nothing but very very positive out come with Sam and his staff. wonderful people to deal with for my Hearing Aids. supplies, and follow-ups . and if there is any thing I need for my Hearing Aids all I have to do is ask Sam, or Kristi and they are right there..
