We are experts in the fitting of hearing aids. We will do everything we can to help you to adapt to, enjoy, and get the most from your hearing aids.

If your ears are healthy, but you have difficulty hearing, please contact us. We will be happy to help you and would love to have you as our friends. We (you and us) will decide what fits you and your lifestyle the best, and you will have a chance to wear the solution for 6 weeks without obligation.

We are not audiologists.

We cannot treat diseases or organic problems with the ear. If you think you may have a problem related to the health of your ears, please contact an ear doctor or ENT. Do not delay, as ongoing damage may not be reversible.

Sam is well-educated in the art and science of properly selecting and fitting hearing aids. Sam joined his father in the family business in 2014, dedicated to continuing the quality of service offered since 1992. Sam offers a caring approach to clients and prospective clients, and combined with the wonders of today's technology, is bringing excellent results. Sam loves his work and is motivated to offer the latest innovations to clients to best meet their hearing needs.

Kristi is friendly and helpful, and can help you take advantage of your hearing aid benefits with your insurance company or HMO, having been involved in billing insurance companies for many years. Please feel free to call her with any questions. She is truly a problem solver.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice! I have hearing loss that falls outside of the normal patterns seen among aging clients and he made sure to show me multiple low profile hearing aid options. Given my age, I wanted to keep them as unnoticeable as possible and he helped find a good balance of portability, features, battery life and “noticeable-ness” all in one appointment. I’ve yet to see nearly any business with 100% 5 star reviews but I can’t think of any practice more deserving of such high ratings! If you’re looking for someone with great customer service and extensive knowledge, come here! One thing to note, the photo on Google is actually his father who is not involved in the practice anymore, it’s now ran by his son who clearly learned a thing or two about running a top quality practice from his father!

What a blessing to find OHHS and the great staff! After one only fair experience and a couple of mediocre experiences in Portland at hearing centers I was hardly wearing my hearing aids. Fast forward to our move to Foster at the end of the year and the good fortune of receiving care and assistance from Sam and staff I am confidently wearing my aides daily. Sam is spectacular....patient, accommodating, kind and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. Christy could not be more welcoming and friendly. Sam Matheny, Hearing Aid Specialist, (Dan's son) helped my 88 year old mom with her hearing aids. He displayed excellent communication skills with my mom who is severely hard of hearing. He was patient and generous with his time, from the thorough, state of the art hearing test, and accurate algorithm adjustment of the aids, to getting the exact right parts for a perfect fit for challenging ear canals. It is obvious that Sam has a lot of experience with hearing aids and software. His prices and ongoing service promise cannot be beat. He even cleaned my dad's old aids for free. This guy is a gem with a great sense of humor. His dedication and services are 100 percent worth a trip from Corvallis.
